2. Quotes and Estimates
Requesting a quote does not create a contract. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and may change after an on-site assessment of your property. A binding agreement is formed only when both you and T-Town Turf sign a written services agreement or work order describing the scope, price, and terms of your specific project. That signed agreement, together with these Terms, governs the project.
3. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address to us, you authorize T-Town Turf to contact you by phone and email regarding your inquiry, quote, appointments, and services. in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing our services.
